We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Marketing Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who excels in digital marketing, design, and event coordination, bringing creativity and precision to every project. Based in Rocky River, Ohio, the position offers flexibility and an opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing strategies across multiple platforms.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Update and manage website content to ensure accurate and engaging information about products and initiatives.<br>• Create and optimize digital marketing campaigns using tools like SEMrush to enhance visibility and engagement.<br>• Design and edit visual assets for social media, websites, and other digital platforms using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.<br>• Develop creative content for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.<br>• Support the planning and execution of events such as tradeshows, recruitment activities, and company gatherings.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.<br>• Provide innovative ideas to improve the success of company events and team initiatives.<br>• Coordinate social media advertising efforts, including campaign creation and performance tracking.<br>• Assist with email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication with target audiences.<br>• Contribute to the overall improvement of marketing strategies by analyzing trends and reporting on campaign outcomes.

• A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in marketing, digital design, or related fields.<br>• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva for content creation.<br>• Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress or Squarespace.<br>• Familiarity with SEMrush or similar tools for search engine marketing and optimization.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br>• Expertise in creating digital content tailored for social media and web platforms.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with teams.<br>• Bonus: Experience with event planning, including tradeshows and community activities.
