Service Coordinator
<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused <strong>Service Coordinator</strong> to manage scheduling, communication, and operational support for service delivery teams. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and internal departments to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at multitasking and problem-solving.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Coordinate and schedule service appointments, installations, maintenance, or support visits</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service timelines and updates</li><li>Dispatch and route technicians or service personnel efficiently</li><li>Monitor service workflows to ensure deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs) are met</li><li>Prepare and maintain service documentation, work orders, and customer records</li><li>Communicate changes, delays, or issues promptly and professionally</li><li>Collaborate with operations, sales, billing, and technical teams to resolve service concerns</li><li>Track service metrics and assist with reporting and performance analysis</li><li>Support inventory, parts ordering, or equipment logistics as needed</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements</li></ul>
