<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar HR function is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.</li></ul><p><br></p>
