<ul><li>3–5+ years of payroll experience, ideally within a multi‑entity or high‑volume environment.</li><li>Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus.</li><li>Hands‑on experience with ADP and/or Workday is highly preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.</li><li>High attention to detail, organizational agility, and comfort working in a fast‑paced setting.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, adaptable mindset.</li></ul>
