Payroll Manager
<p>Tess Gilmore with Robert Half is seeking an experienced <strong>Payroll Manager</strong> to oversee and manage all aspects of payroll operations for her client's organization. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with union representatives. <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)</li><li><strong>10+ years of payroll experience</strong></li><li><strong>Construction industry experience highly preferred</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>ADP</strong> and <strong>Timberline</strong> (a plus)</li><li>Prior experience working with <strong>unionized environments</strong></li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills</li></ul>
