<p>We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our team in Rochester, New York. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial systems and ERP transitions, particularly with Acumatica and QuickBooks. The role requires collaboration with internal finance teams and external consultants to ensure seamless data migration and system implementation.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the data migration process, including extraction, mapping, and validation from QuickBooks to Acumatica.</p><p>• Manage the preparation and reconciliation of trial balances, open accounts receivable/payable, and other financial imports.</p><p>• Validate and refine the chart of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.</p><p>• Coordinate the creation and setup of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and trial balances.</p><p>• Collaborate with external consultants handling system configuration and training to align with project goals.</p><p>• Implement a structured rollout plan for the ERP system, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project timelines.</p><p>• Monitor and manage annual inventory processes and asset tracking within the new system.</p><p>• Ensure quality control throughout the implementation process to identify and address potential issues.</p><p>• Support the finance team during the accounting close process and year-end reporting.</p><p>• Provide ongoing guidance and expertise in Acumatica functionalities to optimize system use.</p>

• Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly Acumatica and QuickBooks.<br>• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and systems transitions.<br>• Proven ability to manage complex data migrations and validations.<br>• Familiarity with e-commerce operations and their integration into ERP systems.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants.<br>• Experience in accounting close processes and annual inventory management.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure project success.
