Regional Property Manager
<p>We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio of affordable housing communities. This leadership role is responsible for driving financial performance, mentoring site-level teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards across multiple properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to make an impact by ensuring strong operational performance and supporting the success of affordable housing communities.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to Property Managers and site teams to ensure operational excellence.</li><li>Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and professional development of team members.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations, including LIHTC, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs.</li><li>Drive financial results by managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.</li><li>Lead leasing and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy, rent collection, and resident retention.</li><li>Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards, compliance, and resident satisfaction.</li><li>Partner with corporate teams and vendors to support property operations, maintenance, and long-term planning.</li><li>Resolve escalated resident concerns with professionalism and a customer-service mindset.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of progressive property management experience, with multi-site or regional oversight preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance (LIHTC, Section 8, etc.).</li><li>Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations.</li><li>Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting, and operational planning.</li><li>Proficiency with property management software (Yardi preferred).</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Relevant certifications (COS, TCS, ARM, RAM, or equivalent) are highly valued.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Salary & Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>The targeted salary range for this position is $85-110K, eligible for discretionary bonus</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Personal cell phone required for business use (monthly reimbursement provided), company vehicle provided.</li><li>Hybrid work schedule, 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH</li></ul><p><br></p>
