Responsibilities: • Process and manage full-cycle payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies. • Prepare and file payroll tax reports, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Administer multi-state payroll processes, ensuring compliance across various jurisdictions. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll activities and maintain employee records. • Conduct regular audits of payroll systems to identify and address potential issues. • Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll operations. • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and tax matters with professionalism and clarity. • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. • Generate and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making and reporting requirements.

3 plus years of payroll tax reporting is required.
