<p>Junior Accountant role - Contract to Permanent opportunity: performing a variety of accounting functions, including preparing bank reconciliations, journal entries, and client billings; maintaining sales tax records, fixed asset schedules, and lease schedules; and ensuring the accuracy of monthly general ledger reconciliations and financial reports. This role will also assist with audits, overhead cost allocations, and process improvements while adhering to GAAP and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have or be pursuing a degree in accounting, possess strong Excel and analytical skills, and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 60-65k depending on experience</p>

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or actively pursuing an accounting degree.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical capabilities.<br>• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.<br>• Solid understanding of journal entries and bank reconciliation processes.<br>• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.<br>• Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams.<br>• Familiarity with financial audits and compliance requirements is a plus.
