HR Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in human resources who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering positive employee experiences. You will play a key role in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.<br>• Oversee HR administrative tasks, ensuring the accuracy and organization of personnel records and documentation.<br>• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company.<br>• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment and resolving related inquiries.<br>• Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.<br>• Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.<br>• Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to employees and managers.<br>• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.<br>• Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, addressing any issues proactively.<br>• Participate in HR projects, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.<br>• Strong knowledge of HR administration, including personnel recordkeeping and compliance.<br>• Experience with onboarding processes and creating positive experiences for new hires.<br>• Familiarity with benefits administration, including enrollment and troubleshooting.<br>• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate data.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
