Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to customers by handling inquiries, managing orders, and resolving issues with efficiency and attention to detail. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the transport industry.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.<br>• Process order entries accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.<br>• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.<br>• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.<br>• Deliver exceptional service by staying informed about company products and policies.<br>• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their issues are fully resolved.<br>• Handle high call volumes with attention to detail, ensuring all customers feel valued and supported.<br>• Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback to improve overall service quality.<br>• Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service excellence.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.<br>• Ability to accurately enter orders and manage customer data.<br>• Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.<br>• Familiarity with customer service software or systems is a plus.<br>• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
