Customer Service Representative 3
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position is remote, but candidates must be located in Richmond or Plano, Virginia. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products or services.<br>• Handle customer complaints with attention to detail and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.<br>• Process billing and adjustments with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Assist with claim administration and ensure proper documentation is maintained.<br>• Utilize Google Suite and other computer programs to manage and track customer interactions effectively.<br>• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word as needed.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.<br>• Maintain a positive and detail-oriented demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.<br>• Support merchandising and product-related inquiries to enhance customer experience.<br>• Ensure consistent written and verbal communication to address customer needs efficiently.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle challenging situations.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite applications.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Ability to manage billing processes and resolve complaints effectively.<br>• Familiarity with claim administration and adjustments.<br>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
