Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Richmond, Maine. This position requires a motivated individual who is adaptable and ready to take on a variety of administrative tasks in a dynamic environment. The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational operations while gaining valuable experience focused on attention to detail.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting with administrative needs.</p><p>• Manage inbound calls and direct them appropriately to ensure smooth communication flow.</p><p>• Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.</p><p>• Organize and maintain electronic filing systems for easy access and retrieval.</p><p>• Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and projects.</p><p>• Assist in learning new processes and adapting to evolving job duties.</p><p>• Ensure punctuality and reliability in daily work activities.</p>
<p>• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</p><p>• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.</p><p>• Punctuality and reliability in meeting work schedules.</p>
