In this contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in managing shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy in inventory reconciliation, and supporting operational efficiency. Responsibilities:• Oversee and coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure smooth and accurate processes.• Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain accurate records and support financial reconciliation.• Verify and process incoming and outgoing shipments, checking paperwork for accuracy and completeness.• Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze and track inventory data effectively.• Perform inspections and documentation for received shipments, ensuring compliance with company standards.• Reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.• Manage purchase orders and related documentation to streamline inventory operations.• Assist with training and mentoring team members as needed, with potential for leadership responsibilities.• Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is properly filed and maintained for future reference.

• Proven experience in inventory analysis, shipping, and receiving processes. • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions for data management. • Strong 10-key data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. • Familiarity with purchase orders and related documentation. • Experience with inventory reconciliation and resolving discrepancies. • Knowledge of shipping and receiving documentation requirements. • Ability to inspect and process incoming shipments efficiently. • Previous experience with any organizational systems is a plus.
