Demonstrated procurement leadership within geothermal, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors (required) Track record of building or reinventing procurement policies and processes Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Experience with PO management and familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems Resilience and adaptability—ready to address supplier concerns and restore trust after operational disruptions
