The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting to maintain accurate financial records and ensure smooth accounting operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage all aspects of full charge bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance and financial reporting.</p><p>• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.</p><p>• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.</p><p>• Process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.</p><p>• Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing financial statements.</p><p>• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.</p><p>• Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.</p><p>• Assist with audits and prepare necessary documentation for review.</p><p>• Utilize QuickBooks to manage and organize financial data efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p>Please apply today and for immediate consideration call Keisha at 775-828-0969</p>

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping.<br>• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.<br>• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in performing bank reconciliations and financial reporting.<br>• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Excellent communication and organizational skills.<br>• Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
