<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate inventory management and reporting processes for the plant. This position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining precise records.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels.</p><p>• Perform audits of inventory and related records to identify discrepancies.</p><p>• Work on-site at the plant to monitor inventory processes and ensure compliance.</p><p>• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on inventory findings to relevant stakeholders.</p><p>• Collaborate with teams to ensure inventory processes align with cost-reduction strategies.</p><p>• Use ERP systems and other inventory management tools to track and analyze data.</p><p>• Create charts and graphs to visually represent inventory data and trends.</p><p>• Handle clerical tasks related to inventory management, including documentation and record-keeping.</p><p>• Respond to inbound inquiries related to inventory issues and provide solutions.</p>

• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.<br>• Experience with auditing and inventory cycle counting.<br>• Familiarity with creating charts and graphs for data presentation.<br>• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate reports.<br>• Effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration.<br>• Prior experience with financial services and clerical duties is a plus.<br>• Knowledge of tools like ADP, Cerner Technologies, and Epic Software is preferred.
