<p><strong>Part Time, 24-30 hours per week Monday, Tues and Thursday from 9am-5pm. 100% ONSITE only. Could work additional hours on Wednesdays.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Red Bank, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support while ensuring the smooth handling of office operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for organization and efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>***High volume of incoming calls and interaction with the public***</p><p>• Manage and organize physical and digital files to maintain an efficient filing system.</p><p>• Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring the integrity of information.</p><p>• Scan and digitize documents to support record-keeping and accessibility.</p><p>• Provide administrative assistance to ensure seamless daily operations.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Word to create, edit, and format documents as needed.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete office tasks.</p><p>• Handle general office duties, including answering phones and managing supplies.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.</p><p>• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.</p>
• Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.<br>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with document scanning processes.<br>• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word and basic computer skills.<br>• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.<br>• High level of discretion when dealing with confidential information.
