<p>This search is being conducted by Steve Spinello.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will manage critical financial and administrative tasks to support the organization’s success. <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><p>To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following:</p><ul><li><strong>Educational Background:</strong></li><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field—or equivalent experience.</li><li><strong>Professional Experience:</strong></li><li>A minimum of three years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper or in a comparable accounting role.</li><li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong></li><li>Advanced skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook—or equivalent financial software.</li><li><strong>Financial Expertise:</strong></li><li>Strong skillset for preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and general ledger transactions.</li><li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong></li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.</li><li><strong>Organizational Skills:</strong></li><li>Effective time management and organizational abilities, excelling in multitasking across competing priorities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
