Oracle HCM Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to contribute their expertise in designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Cloud Benefits modules. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient system solutions that align with business goals and compliance requirements. This is a long-term contract position based in Reading, Pennsylvania.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and IT teams to gather detailed requirements and develop tailored system solutions.<br>• Create and maintain functional specifications, process workflows, and configuration documentation.<br>• Configure benefit plans, eligibility profiles, enrollment rules, and life event processes within the Oracle Cloud Benefits module.<br>• Perform system testing and resolve issues to ensure seamless functionality.<br>• Facilitate user training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation to support system usage.<br>• Provide guidance on integrating benefits configurations with payroll processes, including retroactive calculations.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to Oracle HCM Benefits configurations.<br>• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize functionality.<br>• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and apply relevant changes to ensure compliance.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of system changes.
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Benefits module setup, including plans, eligibility criteria, life events, and enrollment rules.<br>• Solid understanding of benefits business processes, including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and 401K.<br>• Knowledge of integrating Oracle Benefits with payroll systems, including handling retroactive calculations.<br>• Experience in creating and utilizing Fast Formulas is preferred.<br>• Ability to document functional specifications and workflows effectively.<br>• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.<br>• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.<br>• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud updates and compliance requirements.
