Test Center Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Test Center Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Rapid City, South Dakota, this role involves overseeing the smooth operation of a testing center, ensuring compliance with testing protocols, and providing excellent support to test-takers. This position requires a combination of organizational skills, mobility, and technical proficiency to maintain a secure and attentive testing environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and check in test-takers, verifying identification and ensuring compliance with testing requirements.<br>• Conduct security checks to ensure no unauthorized materials, such as calculators or notes, are brought into the testing area.<br>• Monitor the testing room regularly by performing walkthroughs every 10-15 minutes to maintain integrity and prevent cheating.<br>• Assist test-takers with the check-in process and provide guidance on test protocols.<br>• Perform light office duties, including data entry, organizing files, and managing email correspondence.<br>• Operate web-based testing applications and troubleshoot basic technical issues as needed.<br>• Ensure the testing environment is clean, organized, and conducive to a focused experience.<br>• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.<br>• Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word to handle administrative tasks.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a detail-oriented environment.<br>• Familiarity with data entry, email correspondence, and basic office operations.<br>• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and web-based applications.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files and perform calculations accurately.<br>• Physical capability to perform frequent walkthroughs and monitor the testing area effectively.<br>• Attention to detail to ensure compliance with testing regulations and protocols.<br>• Strong typing and scanning skills to handle administrative tasks efficiently.<br>• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of responsibility.
