Loan Administrator
We are looking for a skilled Loan Administrator to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina, on a Contract to permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone with a background in commercial lending and a high level of attention to detail, who is eager to work in a fast-paced environment. The position involves a mix of onsite work from Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Compile, organize, and review loan files to ensure completeness and accuracy for audit preparation.<br>• Create detailed reports and documentation related to loan processing and recovery efforts.<br>• Manage electronic files from various sources, extracting key information to maintain comprehensive records.<br>• Collaborate with team members to pull together commercial lending documents into cohesive and fully prepared files.<br>• Work closely with stakeholders to address missing elements and ensure compliance with internal standards.<br>• Utilize software tools such as Loanwell, Spark, and the Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes and maintain efficiency.<br>• Support rapid recovery efforts by addressing gaps in loan processing and documentation.<br>• Conduct quality checks on loan files to verify accuracy and adherence to policies.<br>• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.<br>• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive loan-related information.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.<br>• Experience with loan processing software such as Loanwell and Spark.<br>• Background in commercial lending or banking, with an understanding of loan documentation.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and compiling financial files.<br>• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities.<br>• Excellent organizational and time management skills.<br>• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.<br>• Familiarity with auditing processes and compliance standards.
