Executive Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational success by managing executive schedules and coordinating travel arrangements. The role is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of meetings.<br>• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.<br>• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all travel plans align with the executive’s agenda.<br>• Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.<br>• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.<br>• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.<br>• Provide administrative support for special projects as needed.<br>• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Experience in coordinating detailed travel arrangements, including international travel.<br>• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.<br>• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
