Data Entry Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records by efficiently entering and managing large volumes of data. If you excel at precision, organization, and working with spreadsheets, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Enter large volumes of financial data into spreadsheets and databases with speed and accuracy.<br>• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with company standards.<br>• Review and verify data for inconsistencies or errors, ensuring all information is correct before submission.<br>• Process invoices and other financial documents in a timely manner.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry tasks align with organizational goals.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to organize and analyze financial data.<br>• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency.<br>• Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data.<br>• Support accounting and finance functions by providing accurate record-keeping.<br>• Perform regular audits of data to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in accounting or finance.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Familiarity with invoice processing or financial document handling.<br>• Ability to work independently and maintain reliability under tight deadlines.<br>• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.<br>• High level of accuracy and efficiency in handling data.
