HR Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Provo, Utah. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process to identify, attract, and secure top talent for various corporate positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and interviewing, as well as proficiency in applicant tracking systems.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.<br>• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience for corporate roles.<br>• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability for open positions.<br>• Utilize applicant tracking systems to track and manage candidate data efficiently.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.<br>• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels.<br>• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the hiring process.<br>• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to relevant stakeholders.<br>• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting.<br>• Proven ability to source and attract candidates using various methods.<br>• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess qualifications effectively.<br>• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.<br>• Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members.<br>• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
