This role focuses on fostering customer adoption, retention, and long-term value through strategic onboarding, training, and proactive engagement. Based in South Jordan, Utah, this position plays a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them toward successful outcomes.<br>• Develop and implement tailored success plans that align with customer goals and safety objectives.<br>• Monitor customer health metrics, usage patterns, and engagement levels to proactively address potential risks.<br>• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to reinforce value and uncover opportunities for growth.<br>• Assist in renewal processes by providing insights into performance metrics and adoption progress.<br>• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities.<br>• Lead comprehensive onboarding processes, including system configuration, environment setup, and go-live preparations.<br>• Deliver engaging training sessions for administrators and users, supported by clear and accessible enablement materials.<br>• Maintain detailed onboarding documentation and timelines using internal systems and tools.<br>• Contribute to the development of scalable processes, playbooks, and resources to enhance customer success initiatives.
