We are looking for an ERP/CRM Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Princeton, New Jersey, and offers an opportunity to work in the non-profit sector, contributing to meaningful projects that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and maintain ERP and CRM systems to meet organizational requirements.<br>• Implement client-side scripting to enhance user experience and system functionality.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system development.<br>• Configure and customize software solutions to align with operational needs.<br>• Create and manage APIs to ensure seamless integration with external systems.<br>• Perform Salesforce development tasks, including customizations and system enhancements.<br>• Support Oracle PeopleSoft applications, including Human Capital Management modules.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain optimal performance.<br>• Provide ongoing configuration management to ensure system accuracy and compliance.<br>• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

• Proven experience in ERP and CRM development.<br>• Proficiency in client-side scripting languages.<br>• Strong understanding of business requirement documentation processes.<br>• Expertise in configuration management practices.<br>• Hands-on experience with API development and integration.<br>• Knowledge of Salesforce development and customization.<br>• Familiarity with Oracle PeopleSoft and its Human Capital Management modules.<br>• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
