We are looking for a dedicated Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Prince George, Virginia. If you are skilled in troubleshooting and passionate about delivering exceptional IT support, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices, ensuring optimal functionality.<br>• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory accounts, including user permissions and group policies.<br>• Perform imaging and deployment of workstations while maintaining compliance with company standards.<br>• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows 10 and other desktop operating systems.<br>• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in IT processes and support.<br>• Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, configurations, and support activities.<br>• Assist in the setup and installation of new desktop equipment and related hardware.<br>• Respond promptly to user requests and technical issues, delivering solutions in a timely manner.<br>• Ensure adherence to security protocols and company policies during all support activities.<br>• Provide guidance to end-users on best practices for utilizing desktop systems and software.

• Proven experience in desktop support within a manufacturing or similar environment.<br>• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, software, and workstation setups.<br>• Proficiency in Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.<br>• Expertise in Microsoft Windows 10, including configuration and issue resolution.<br>• Familiarity with desktop imaging techniques and deployment processes.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.<br>• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.<br>• Commitment to maintaining high standards of security and compliance.
