Recruiting Coordinator
<p>Robert Half is looking for a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our client's team in a temp to temp-to-hire base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to operational excellence. This is a remote position that is based in Oregon and offers an exciting opportunity to support recruitment processes and drive organizational growth. The selected candidate must reside in Oregon.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.</p><p>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.</p><p>• Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards to track key metrics and provide actionable insights.</p><p>• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and stakeholders.</p><p>• Optimize workflows and tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.</p><p>• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to address hiring challenges and remove barriers.</p><p>• Provide creative solutions to support rapid growth and meet organizational demands.</p><p>• Demonstrate expertise in applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment operations.</p><p>• Guide managers through recruitment tools and processes to improve hiring outcomes.</p><p>• Stay updated on market trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.</p>
<p>• At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle or corporate recruiting.</p><p>• Proficiency in sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.</p><p>• Strong expertise in utilizing applicant tracking systems.</p><p>• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.</p><p>• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.</p><p>• High level of resourcefulness and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.</p><p>• Strong communication skills to effectively manage and guide hiring processes.</p>
