We are looking for a dedicated Attorney to join our team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and be prepared to manage cases from inception through resolution. This role requires exceptional legal writing skills and the ability to navigate complex legal procedures with precision.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Represent clients effectively in civil litigation cases, ensuring their interests are fully advocated.<br>• Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Conduct discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories, to gather and evaluate evidence.<br>• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients regarding case developments and potential outcomes.<br>• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and maintain high standards of legal practice.<br>• Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial when necessary to achieve favorable results.<br>• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and civil litigation trends to provide informed counsel.<br>• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation for efficient case handling.<br>• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and ethical standards in legal practice.

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in the state of Oregon.<br>• At least one year of experience in civil litigation is required.<br>• Proven ability to draft clear and persuasive motions, briefs, and other legal documents.<br>• Strong knowledge of discovery procedures, including depositions and interrogatories.<br>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for case evaluation and strategy formulation.<br>• Effective communication abilities to negotiate, advocate, and advise clients.<br>• High level of organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines.<br>• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and attention to detail in all legal practices.
