Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our clients team in Portland, Oregon. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to support daily operations and contribute to the efficiency of a CPA firm. The ideal candidate will excel in managing administrative tasks, handling inbound calls, and maintaining organized records.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.</p><p>• Answer and manage inbound calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.</p><p>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and organized records.</p><p>• Coordinate and manage office-related activities, including scheduling meetings and maintaining supplies.</p><p>• Greet and assist visitors as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience.</p><p>• Handle receptionist duties, including managing correspondence and distributing mail.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects and tasks.</p>
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.<br>• Strong ability to handle inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining organized records.<br>• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties and office management practices.<br>• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.<br>• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
