• Proven experience in a customer service role, showcasing strong communication skills.<br>• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues with attention to detail and in a timely manner.<br>• Familiarity with scheduling systems or tools for appointment management.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.<br>• Knowledge of logistics coordination or related processes is a plus.<br>• Commitment to maintaining a positive and detail-oriented approach with customers.<br>• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
