<p>Job Title: BI Developer (a.k.a. Data Whisperer)</p><p>What You’ll Do:</p><ul><li>Keep Power BI reports and data structures in tip-top shape.</li><li>Build dashboards that make data look good <em>and</em> make sense.</li><li>Write SQL like a wizard to pull insights from the data abyss.</li><li>Turn vague business needs into crystal-clear reports.</li><li>Work with stakeholders to deliver dashboards that actually get used.</li><li>Help set standards so our BI tools don’t turn into a spaghetti mess.</li><li>Join in on project planning without falling asleep.</li></ul><p>What You Bring:</p><ul><li>A degree in IT, Computer Science, or the school of hard knocks (plus 3–5 years of BI experience).</li><li>Sharp analytical skills and a knack for solving data puzzles.</li><li>Great communication—because talking to humans is part of the job.</li><li>Team spirit and a sense of humor (we like people who laugh at data jokes).</li></ul><p>Bonus: No direct reports—just you, your dashboards, and a lot of SQL.</p><p><br></p>

<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.</p><p>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing business intelligence solutions.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and SQL Server technologies.</p><p>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.</p><p>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.</p><p>• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end users.</p>
