We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team at a Holding Company in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations, and maintaining the integrity of our accounting processes. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is adept at using advanced accounting software.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform detailed reconciliations, including bank accounts, credit card transactions, and daily financial activities.<br>• Manage accounts payable processes, including verifying invoices and ensuring timely payments.<br>• Prepare and post month-end journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.<br>• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial standards.<br>• Utilize Sage Intacct and Excel for exporting data to the general ledger and preparing financial reports.<br>• Maintain the general ledger by accurately recording transactions and reconciling accounts.<br>• Collaborate with staff accountants to ensure smooth transitions and provide guidance as needed.<br>• Assist in preparing annual budgets and cash flow analyses to support strategic financial planning.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.<br>• Support the team with other bookkeeping and accounting tasks as required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.<br>• Proficiency in Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel, with experience in computerized accounting systems.<br>• Strong knowledge of general ledger management and financial reconciliation processes.<br>• Ability to perform variance analysis and prepare accurate financial reports.<br>• Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Knowledge of budgeting, cash flow analysis, and expense reconciliation.
