We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accuracy and consistency in data management tasks, ensuring that essential information is entered efficiently and effectively into our systems. This position requires strong typing skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Input data into Salesforce with speed, precision, and consistency.<br>• Verify the accuracy of information before submission and address any discrepancies.<br>• Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all platforms.<br>• Follow established procedures to meet daily and weekly data entry goals.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data workflow and timely updates.<br>• Perform quality checks to ensure high standards of data entry accuracy.<br>• Handle numeric data entry tasks with precision and focus.<br>• Provide consistent follow-through on assigned tasks to ensure deadlines are met.<br>• Adapt to changes in processes or systems with a proactive approach.<br>• Communicate effectively with team members regarding data-related issues or updates.

• Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.<br>• Ability to type at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.<br>• Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data.<br>• Proficiency in numeric data entry and standard typing tasks.<br>• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.<br>• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
