We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Dispatcher to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating services for our clients. This is an on-site position based in Pompano Beach, Florida, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. Responsibilities:• Handle and schedule incoming service requests efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch of resources.• Close out completed service calls and update records accurately in the system.• Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members.• Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth operations at various job sites.• Utilize computer-aided dispatch systems to manage tasks effectively.• Support the team by multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.• Ensure all documentation is completed with attention to detail.

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.• Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related role.• Proficiency in using computer-aided dispatch or similar systems.• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Familiarity with coordinating logistics and scheduling.
