<p>Requirements: </p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience. </p><p>Skills: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, especially accrual accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis functions. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams. Enthusiasm for learning and continuous process improvement. </p><p>Nice to Have: Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, etc.). Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry. Exposure to automation or process improvement initiatives.</p><p><br></p>
