<p>We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to lead and oversee integration efforts for Epicor systems and external platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining seamless data exchange solutions to support business operations and technology initiatives. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and implement integration solutions for Epicor ERP systems and external platforms, ensuring smooth data exchange using RESTful APIs and structured formats.</p><p>• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and create scalable integration strategies.</p><p>• Utilize tools like Epicor APIs and custom code to synchronize real-time or batch-based data across various systems.</p><p>• Maintain and support customizations, workflows, and extension logic within Epicor to optimize data connectivity.</p><p>• Prepare thorough documentation, perform debugging, and implement error-handling processes for integration projects.</p><p>• Assist with the migration of business units to Epicor by aligning integration points and business processes.</p><p>• Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on Epicor APIs, integration techniques, and data architecture.</p><p>• Monitor and troubleshoot integration systems to ensure reliability and performance.</p><p>• Contribute to cross-functional IT initiatives and support enterprise-wide integration strategies.</p>

• At least 3 years of experience developing integrations within Epicor ERP environments, including Epicor 9, 10, or Kinetic.<br>• Proficiency in working with APIs for development, authentication, and endpoint consumption within Epicor and external systems.<br>• Strong coding skills in C#, VB.NET, and Microsoft frameworks for integration development.<br>• Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including experience with stored procedures, views, and data transformation.<br>• Familiarity with structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and flat files for import/export processes.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience.<br>• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in system design, testing, and implementation.<br>• Strong communication and documentation skills to facilitate collaboration and maintain technical clarity.
