<p>We are seeking experienced <strong>AML Analysts</strong> to join a growing team as part of a <strong>pilot class in Plano, TX</strong>. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact compliance and risk function within a global financial services environment.    </p><ul><li>Conduct AML investigations and reviews in line with internal compliance standards.</li><li>Perform risk assessments on digital and traditional payment channels.</li><li>Review and screen transactions involving <strong>crypto/blockchain</strong> and <strong>digital wallets</strong>.</li><li>Monitor FinTech platforms such as <strong>PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle</strong> for suspicious activity.</li><li>Utilize industry tools like <strong>TRM, Elliptic, and Team Analysis</strong> for transaction monitoring.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to evolving processes.</li></ul>

<p><br></p><p><strong>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (MS EXCEL Assessment Required).</strong></p><p><strong>3–6 years of experience</strong> in <strong>AML, Risk, and/or Investigations</strong>.</p><p>Strong background in financial crime detection and compliance.</p><p>Experience with <strong>crypto, blockchain, and digital wallet screening</strong>.</p><p>Familiarity with <strong>FinTech platforms</strong> (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, instant cash payments).</p><p>Prior experience with AML tools such as TRM, Elliptic, and Team Analysis preferred.</p><p>Ability to adapt quickly, accept feedback, and follow established processes.</p><p>Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p>
