In this key role, you will manage the full spectrum of HR functions—from employee relations to policy development and performance management. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Administer HR programs, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Coach managers and employees on HR matters and company culture.</li><li>Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.</li><li>Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.</li><li>Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.</li><li>Coordinate and support performance review and appraisal processes.</li><li>Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment activities.</li><li>Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee conflicts.</li><li>Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data.</li><li>Contribute to developing and implementing training and development programs.</li></ul>
