<p>We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This role involves managing and resolving technical issues related to networking, backups, and server operations, ensuring system functionality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows Server environments and familiarity with tools and technologies such as Active Directory, Azure, and Citrix.</p><p><br></p>

<p>• Proficiency in Active Directory for managing user accounts and permissions.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments.</p><p>• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and cloud-based identity management.</p><p>• Experience with Citrix technologies for system and application support.</p><p><strong>• Ability to administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange systems.</strong></p><p><strong>• Background in networking with platforms such as Meraki, Ubiquiti, and Auvik.</strong></p><p><strong>• Expertise in backup solutions, including Datto and SaaS platforms.</strong></p><p>• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams.</p>
