We are looking for a dedicated Test Center Administrator to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work in a detail-oriented environment, ensuring the smooth operation of testing procedures and fostering a secure and welcoming atmosphere for candidates. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekends and occasional evening shifts.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome examinees upon arrival, verify their identification, and ensure compliance with security protocols.<br>• Conduct security checks using specialized tools such as wands and maintain a secure environment throughout the test center.<br>• Monitor candidates during their exams to ensure adherence to company guidelines and report any irregularities promptly.<br>• Maintain and safeguard testing materials, ensuring their security at all times.<br>• Address candidate concerns with urgency and a commitment to providing a fair and comfortable testing experience.<br>• Prepare detailed reports on any occurrences outside company policies and procedures.<br>• Represent the company’s values and mission while maintaining a detail-oriented approach.<br>• Utilize digital tools to scan and record candidate fingerprint identification, when applicable.<br>• Assist with the maintenance and setup of computers and equipment in the test center, adhering to safety protocols.<br>• Adapt to flexible scheduling based on operational needs and ensure readiness to work varied shifts.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college experience is preferred.<br>• Minimum of one year of customer service experience in roles such as retail, call center, or restaurant environments.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members.<br>• Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Office, Outlook, and web browsing tools.<br>• Ability to multitask efficiently and handle small tools for equipment setup or packing.<br>• Physical capability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds, as well as move through the test center regularly.<br>• Capability to remain stationary for extended periods while monitoring exams and escorting candidates.<br>• Visual acuity to adjust computer screens and monitor testing rooms through cameras effectively.
