Test Center Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Test Center Administrator to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This is a contract position where you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our testing center while providing an excellent experience for all candidates. Ideal candidates must demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding testing standards in a secure environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet examinees upon arrival and verify their identification in accordance with established procedures.<br>• Perform security checks, including the use of wands, to maintain a safe testing environment.<br>• Monitor candidates closely throughout their exams to ensure compliance with testing protocols.<br>• Address and resolve any candidate issues promptly, escalating as needed.<br>• Maintain secure handling and storage of testing materials to prevent unauthorized access.<br>• Prepare detailed reports on irregularities or occurrences outside company guidelines.<br>• Represent the organization's values and commitment to fairness during all interactions.<br>• Digitally scan and record fingerprint identification of candidates, if applicable.<br>• Assist with maintaining computers and testing equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.<br>• Collaborate with team members to accommodate flexible scheduling needs, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college experience is a plus.<br>• Minimum of one year of customer service experience in roles such as retail, call centers, or restaurants.<br>• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members.<br>• Ability to write clear and accurate reports and correspondence.<br>• Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Office and web browsing tools.<br>• Physical capability to bend, stoop, lift up to 40 pounds, and move through the testing room every 8-10 minutes.<br>• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while monitoring exams.<br>• Visual acuity to focus on computer screens and camera monitors during exam proctoring.
