<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Draft and file responsive pleadings, motions, and briefs.</li><li>Conduct factual investigations, review records, and analyze case documents.</li><li>Prepare and respond to written discovery; manage depositions of parties and witnesses.</li><li>Develop and execute litigation plans and budgets.</li><li>Research legal issues and prepare memoranda, motions, and summary judgment briefs.</li><li>Attend hearings, arguments, conferences, and status calls.</li><li>Interview and work with clients, witnesses, and expert witnesses.</li><li>Coordinate responses to electronically filed documents and discovery requests.</li><li>Maintain proactive communication with supervising attorneys and clients regarding case progress.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.</li><li><strong>3–5+ years of defense litigation experience.</strong></li><li>Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; additional admissions a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures.</li><li>Demonstrated experience with depositions, oral arguments, and case management conferences.</li><li>Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and staff.</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Apply:</strong></p><ul><li>Join a respected law firm with a supportive and professional culture.</li><li>Handle complex, high-quality defense litigation matters.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package.</li><li>Career growth opportunities within a thriving practice group.</li></ul><p><br></p>
