Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role involves assisting attendees during a conference by providing directions, distributing badges, and offering general event support. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail to ensure a positive experience for all guests.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Distribute badges to conference attendees in an organized and efficient manner.<br>• Provide information about event locations, including restrooms and nearby food options.<br>• Assist guests with directions and ensure they feel welcomed and supported.<br>• Maintain a neat and attentive appearance and demeanor while interacting with attendees.<br>• Address any questions or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.<br>• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth event operations.<br>• Stay informed about the event layout and schedule to provide accurate guidance.<br>• Handle inquiries with a polite and customer-focused approach.<br>• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in call centers or events.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively assist guests.<br>• Ability to handle inquiries and provide solutions with attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with order entry and managing inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Comfortable working in office attire, such as skirts, pants, or blouses.<br>• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.<br>• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs.<br>• Proven ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
