Office Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Pinellas Park, Florida. This role is essential to maintaining smooth office operations and providing excellent administrative support. The ideal candidate will excel in organizational tasks, communication, and handling day-to-day office activities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome visitors and clients with professionalism and ensure their needs are addressed promptly.<br>• Coordinate and manage schedules for appointments, meetings, and calendar updates.<br>• Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.<br>• Input and update accurate information into records and databases as required.<br>• Handle receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and directing inquiries appropriately.<br>• Scan and digitize documents, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.<br>• Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, mailing, and ordering office supplies.<br>• Support team members with administrative tasks to facilitate workflow efficiency.
• Proven experience in receptionist or office assistant roles.<br>• Proficiency in scanning and digitizing documents.<br>• Strong communication skills for handling inbound calls and client interactions.<br>• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.<br>• Familiarity with clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.<br>• Competence in using office technology and software for administrative tasks.<br>• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
