<p>Robert Half is collaborating with a respected organization to find a skilled Foreclosure Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in overseeing the end-to-end foreclosure process, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Manage the full lifecycle of foreclosure proceedings, from initiation through resolution.</p><p>Monitor and track foreclosure timelines to ensure cases are handled efficiently and within required timeframes.</p><p>Prepare and process all necessary foreclosure documentation, including affidavits, legal filings, and official notices.</p><p>Coordinate with legal counsel, mortgage servicers, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations.</p><p>Conduct quality assurance reviews to identify and correct errors throughout the foreclosure process.</p><p>Maintain accurate and detailed records of foreclosure activities and provide regular updates to management.</p><p>Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during foreclosure proceedings.</p><p>Stay informed on evolving laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting foreclosure operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.</p><p>Experience: Minimum of 2 years in foreclosure processing, mortgage servicing, or a closely related area.</p><p>Strong understanding of federal, state, and local foreclosure laws and compliance requirements.</p><p>Proficiency in foreclosure management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.</p><p>Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.</p><p>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.</p>
