PC Technician
We are looking for a skilled PC Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves supporting computer hardware and associated technologies, ensuring seamless setup and operation of workstations. If you have expertise in hardware installation, cable management, and troubleshooting, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assemble, configure, and install computer hardware, including workstations and peripheral devices.<br>• Perform cable installations and ensure proper cable management for optimal functionality.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dell Technologies and Apple devices.<br>• Reassemble and test hardware components to ensure they meet operational standards.<br>• Provide technical support and guidance to users in resolving hardware-related issues.<br>• Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and updates for future reference.<br>• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.<br>• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of computer hardware to prevent downtime.<br>• Follow established protocols and safety guidelines during hardware installations and repairs.
• Proficiency in working with associated computer hardware and peripheral devices.<br>• Strong experience with Dell Technologies and Apple devices.<br>• Knowledge of cable installation and management techniques.<br>• Ability to assemble and reassemble workstations with precision.<br>• Excellent troubleshooting skills for resolving hardware-related issues.<br>• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and users.<br>• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
