We are looking for a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This contract-to-permanent position requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual to manage payroll operations for a multi-state workforce. Responsibilities:• Oversee and process bi-weekly payroll operations for a multi-state workforce of over 400 employees.• Conduct detailed audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.• Utilize payroll software such as ADP Workforce Now and UKG Pro to enhance operational efficiency.• Ensure adherence to federal and state payroll regulations across all locations.• Address and resolve payroll-related discrepancies with attention to detail.• Conduct payroll audits for each payroll cycle to ensure accuracy and compliance, collaborating closely with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant payroll experience.• Expertise in full-cycle payroll processing for large organizations.• Proficiency in multi-state payroll operations and compliance.• Familiarity with SAP and UKG Pro systems highly preferred. • Exceptional attention to detail and auditing skills.• Ability to manage sensitive data with professionalism and discretion.
