<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud:</strong> Expert knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator required.</li><li><strong>Graphic Design Experience:</strong> Demonstrated ability to create professional design content for site plans, aerial visuals, social media campaigns, email marketing, and flyers.</li><li><strong>Creativity and Attention to Detail:</strong> Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs.</li><li><strong>Effective Communication Skills:</strong> Ability to work collaboratively with teams, take feedback constructively, and adapt designs based on project needs.</li><li><strong>Organizational Skills:</strong> Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with digital marketing teams or agencies.</li><li>Knowledge of social media best practices for graphics and visual assets.</li><li>Prior experience designing for large-scale campaigns or corporate initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p>
